Why Cruoo exists
We grew up here. We built this because we had to.
Kerala's best local experiences have always existed. The problem was the gap between travellers and hosts. Agents, aggregators, and inconsistent walk-in pricing often meant tourists paid two or three times more for the same boat ride, depending on where and how they booked.

Our origin
Built by locals. Built for Kerala.
Cruoo started because a backwater cruise in one of Kerala's most beautiful spots was being sold at three times its fair price every day, to every tourist who didn't know better. The boat operators running those experiences (including local fishermen who have worked the Neyyar for decades) were not the problem. The system around them was.
We started in Poovar. We're already running in Kovalam. We are building across Kerala. The goal is the same everywhere: verified hosts, honest prices, and experiences that deliver exactly what was promised.
